Hello Michael,

I would like to thank you for recommending "Blessed Herbs" for doing a colon cleanse.  It was my first cleanse and it will become a yearly ritual with me.  I know its gross but I have attached a picture. In the pic its doubled so it was about a foot long and rubbery.  I feel so light, happy, and full of energy!!! Thanks Mike for all the info and your wonderful book (to bad it wasn't in a hard cover). Keep up the good work!!!
